Anabolic Cooking

A balanced meal plan forms a very important part of a healthy body.  Apart from exercise being fit and building a muscular body involves nutritious food in the right quantities according to Anabolic Cooking.  Not only does food make muscles grow it also aids in burning fat.  However cooking is not every person’s cup of tea and in today’s world with so many pre made food and meal replacement drinks on the market actually getting the right nutritious meal becomes more of a problem.  Even if a person sticks with a certain meal plan especially one which aids in muscle building boredom and cravings soon take over.

Anabolic Cooking claims eating healthy needn’t be boring and tasteless.  Apart from the myth that healthy eating means having boring tasteless food a lot of people actually believe they are not capable of cooking at all not to mention preparing a healthy meal.  Anabolic Cooking teaches how to prepare healthy muscle building food but more so how to save time and money doing so.

Dave Ruel is the author of Anabolic Cooking.  Not seeing any progress whilst on an exercise program and blaming all sorts off factors he soon realised it was the right nutrition he was lacking.  It took Dave numerous years to discover and perfect his recipes in order to offer more than two hundred found in AnabolicCooking.  Easy to cook, delicious and promoting muscle building and fat loss is the main criteria these recipes are based on.  Having these step by step recipes and even a complete shopping list can give a person the confidence to step into the kitchen and start cooking.  Anabolic Cooking even claims meals for a week can be prepared in less than three hours and also teaches what’s in the food so a person can understand better the nutritious value.

Primal Stress

According to Primal Stress one of the most crucial factors that determine a person’s health and fitness is stress.  In fact it is claimed that stress related heart disease is responsible for most deaths in the world.  Other factors like lack of sleep, poor diet, and inadequate liquid intake are merely contributing to the fundamental problem of stress.  However amazingly if we as humans continuously harness emotions like anxiety, fear, frustration and pain our bodies actually adapt and strengthen these negative inputs in our lives.  It is said what we repeat we become.

Primal Stress fundamentally claims that by moving differently we can recover from negative stress related factors that destroy body and soul.  It is claimed that the norm when it comes to stress physiology, is to build resistance to protect against the devastating effects of stress whereas Primal Stress advocates recovering from these effects by reasoning unless one knows how to recover, one cannot resist.  Not only does revival or survival patterns unlock power reserves but it also protects against stress related pains and injuries.

Scott Sonnon is the man behind Primal Stress.  As a martial expert, international competitor, national coach and through teaching tactical fitness he has observed a pattern common to all stress related environments.  He noticed that people became what he called stressed-shaped in so far as the body adapted to the stress environment and thereby restricting the body in performing the way it’s meant to.  Having discovered this common thread and implementing his research Primal Stress is based on three fundamental pillars namely reviving from stress induced reflexes, survive stress and ultimately thriving under positive stress.  Primal Stress claims to show exactly how stress impacts a person’s health and fitness and teaches how to recover and adapt positively to it.
