Old School New Body

It is claimed that once a person reaches forty years of age or older the body starts aging faster than normal.  In fact it is believed that this more rapid aging process takes place at a rate of six months for every year that passes.  This means a person that reaches forty four will actually look and feel forty eight.  Now according to Old School New Body this claimed process is actually totally reversible by applying specific ways we move, eat and most importantly think.  In doing so we actually condition the brain to stop this rapid aging process.

Steve and Becky Holman are the developers of Old School New Body.  Steve’s years as editor-in-chief at Iron Man Magazine claims to have given him the knowledge and expertise to look into the routines of so called anti-aging experts.  Old School New Body claims their system does not require the use of anti-aging drugs, supplements or fancy gimmicks and further more claims to work for both males and females of any age.  Conventional training routines are all fine but it is claimed that these routines does not actually slow down the aging process.  No way does the system claim to be an instant fix walk in the park process but in fact states it requires hard work and dedication to achieve success.
