Fitter U Ipod Workouts

Fitter U is iPod Workouts developed especially for people that don’t have time, money or motivation to workout and get into shape. This program claims that a person won’t ever again need a personal trainer, skip training sessions due to a lack of motivation and spend lots of money on fitness workouts that does not produce results. Motivation, structure and the right workouts are the ingredients that produce results and the Fitter U iPod program claims to meet these requirements.

Fitter U requires the user to have an iPod or MP3 player, a stability ball, two sets of dumbbells and a step or bench. Should a person not have an iPod for example the workouts can be downloaded and burnt to CD or it can simply be played through a computer. With these bare minimum requirements with the Fitter U program all workouts can be done in the comfort of a person’s home. Fitter U claims it’s like having a personal trainer available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week and the best of all is a person is constantly motivated to train and get healthy.

Bulletproof Back

Any person suffering from back pain knows what it feels like to watch as life passes by while trying to cure and tend to an aching back. Bulletproof Back does not claim to provide some form of miracle cure but rather addresses the real problems that cause back pain or at least the causes according to the system. Like any other back pain products this one also does not believe in pain killers as the cure for constant pain as pills only address the symptoms and not the causes. One of the major causes of lower back pain according to this product is repetitive stress.

In short claims are being made that the accumulation of stress from multiple causes forms the basis of lower back pain. It is a question of aligning a persons back so to speak in order to evenly distribute the forces in a person’s back. In other words it is the movement patterns that people have during every day activities that needs to be addressed. Bulletproof Back suggest a person should work on addressing muscular imbalances, movement patterns during exercise, proper muscle recruitment and advanced core stability training methods.
